We met in college at West Virginia University, often crossing paths over the years, but finally spent time together after Jayna's best friend, Maddie, who grew up in Berkley Springs, West Virginia with Matt, formally introduced us. After both of us finished college we moved back to Jayna's hometown in Pennsylvania, which was a huge blessing because shortly after, Matt left for almost a year long deployment in the middle east. He met with a jeweler in Doha, Qatar to design Jayna's ring almost an entire year before he proposed. Now with Matt back in the states, he is on orders in Washington DC where he proposed to Jayna at the National Gallery of Art. Our relationship has been a lot of adventure and a lot of sacrifice to ensure a long, happy future together. We hope you can join us for our next adventure for our wedding

The dress code for our wedding is Beach Semi-Formal: A balance of elegance and ease. Midi, tea-length, and breezy maxi dresses are a good option for women and a suit or collared dress shirt with trousers for men (tie optional). Please avoid overly casual attire like shorts or rubber flip flops that we'll be wearing the rest of the vacation!
